1.The applicant’s is required to read thoroughly and understand the term and conditions, policies, procedures, code of ethics and business opportunities of the company as given below and from the website named {URL}

2. The applicant’s should have completed minimum 18 years of age and shall be competent to enter into contract as provided in “The Indian Contract Act.”.

3. For Joining as an independent associate of the company, the applicant will have to make the prescribed payment towards associations fee by way of demand daft/cash.

4. The Company will approve the associates by issuing an official receipt and an on-line registration, which will carry the password and an identification number known as track ID. This password and Track ID have to be quoted by the associates in all his/her transactions and correspondence with the company.

6. The Company has not authorized any official, officer or associate of the company to receive any amount in cash behalf of the company towards the membership fee.

7. Data income will be continuing till company will ask to fill the Data form in prescribed format.

8. The Company will, in no case entertain any communication without track ID and Password.

9. All associates should adhere to rules and regulation formed by the organization and if any of the associate is found guilty of not observing the same, then he/she will be terminated form the company.

10. The associate shall not compel or induce or mislead any person with any false statement/promise to join the company.

11. Once an associate is terminated, he/she could not enter any of N.F INDIA premises/meeting locations and his/her income will be stopped immediately.

12. The Company will not be answerable for any promise, assurance given by any associate or any person, unless it is in accordance with the approved business plans and terms of the company.

13. Trimming and service charge will be deducted as per company norms. TDS will be deducted as formulated by the Income tax department.

14. The Company reserves the right to reject any application at its own discretion.

15. The Company reserves the right to modify the terms & Condition, products schemes, business policies, giving prior notice through its website {URL}and it will be binding on all associates of the company.

16. The Terms and Conditions above mentioned shall be governed in accordance with the Law in force in the territories of India. Disputes, if any arises, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court of Bareilly.

17. If any disputes or difference arises between the parties here to touching the business or interpretation of any terms and conditions or as to incentive, income etc., relating to the business of the company, the same shall be referred to arbitration and the arbitration shall be governed by the Arbitration and conciliation Act., 1996.
